10 Perfect Popcorn Recipes

We’re big snackers in this house. In fact, if some of us were given a choice we’d snack all day and not eat any meals at all, ever.  (I’m looking at you Nicholas!) All four of us love popcorn and we always have some around for snacking. For a while I was buying any one of the many organic popcorn brands that seemed to have appeared overnight on Shop Rite’s shelves. While they’re all super delicious, they’re not so great for my wallet. So I started popping my own popcorn. A big bag of kernels is about $2 and it lasts for weeks. And, if you know me at all, you know I love that it’s healthier. (Microwave popcorn is one of the worst foods you can buy/eat. The chemicals in the bag are horrid.)

I did a little research and after some trial and error I figured out the best way to pop the popcorn on the stove top–no fancy air popper needed. Check out my post on ScratchMommy for my tried and true method to popping popcorn on the stove and then come on back here for 10 perfect popcorn recipes.  I’ve rounded up some really delicious ways to jazz up your popcorn. It’s all so easy and yummy you’ll be wondering why you didn’t try it sooner. Don’t worry, you can thank me later 😉
