My kids love ice pops and now that the temps are rising, we’re ready for snacks that are nutritious and guaranteed to cool us off after an afternoon spent outside! All of the popsicle recipes I’ve included here are super easy to make but they do require a little bit of planning. They have to be frozen overnight so don’t tell the kids about them just yet! And, be sure you have popsicle molds ready to go. I have two different molds: funky Zoku ones and these more traditional molds
