Thank you all so much for stopping by again this week. Last week’s first Meetup Monday was a great start to what I hope will be come a fun Monday link up party.
I visited all of the links and yet again I’m blown away by the talented bloggers out there. There were yummy recipes, fun and unique kids activities and words from the heart about funny and profound things that happened to you and your families. Thank you so much for sharing them with us all.
Each week I’ll introduce you to some new bloggers and favorite posts from the previous week’s link up. (It’s Meetup Monday… get it? I’ll introduce you 😉 ) But this week it was hard to just pick one post because I loved so many of them. So here are 2 of my favorites–things I know you’ll also love. Show these bloggers a little love and check out their posts.
First up is an awesome idea from Lauren at Working Mom Magic. She used old makeup containers to make play makeup for her little girl. Totally genius! I can’t wait to try this for Gia. Maybe it will put an end to her need to test out my real makeup.
I also loved this post from Elizabeth at All Kinds of Things about what to do with my kids’ old clothes. It couldn’t have come at a better time because I JUST cleaned out the basement and both kids’ rooms. I have bags of gorgeous, expensive, brand name baby clothes that are barely worn. I was going to take a trip to the consignment store, which is not very close by, but now…I’m going to skip it. Read this post for some great ideas!
Now…let’s get linky! (Sorry…couldn’t resist 🙂 )
It’s party time!
Let’s get to know each other with this virtual blog party! Grab your favorite snack and link up. Share your favorite recent post with us & give it a FUN title so we all want to click on it! I’ll read all the posts and will feature one blogger favorite next week, so be ready!
1. Check out 2 other blogs. It’s not a party if you’re not mingling!
2. Please link only once.
3. Please do not posts to other linkups, reviews, or giveaways.
4. Help spread the word about Meet Up Monday! Tweet it, Facebook it, Instagram It, Pin it! Use the hashtag #meetupmonday so we can mingle on other forms of social media too 🙂
5. And if you’re feeling extra social, say hi and introduce yourself in the comments.
